(◍•ᴗ•◍)❤ Why hello there little kiddies — Ehuehue, please refrain from having people like me near such adorable kids.(♥ω♥*) Unless you want empty air appeared in your games instead of sprites 8)

The system looks very nice and I'm sure it with it's manageable even for noobs ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ I like doing grinding on simulation from time to time so it's okay even if it's a bit complicate.
On nom, everything looks so pretty right now, keep up the great works, I'll be rooting for you under these piles of exams and tests. Aha fighting senpai!! ♥(✿ฺ´∀`✿ฺ)ノ

The concepts look good! Both the guys are girls are totally my type-- I'm definitely looking forward to the release! 8-) That's a lot of work to be done, though... Good luck-!

Hmm I'd probably play as Travis first, though. Gonna save the homo route for the last ^///q///^ Or interchangeable. (There will be multiple save slots, right?) EVERYONE LOOKS SO FUN THOUGH so I'd probably go through all of them in accordance to the appearance order. Can't choose as of yet, sorry ;7;

I don't mind so much whether the management influences the endings or not -- just go with the natural plotflow? That would be best, really : D

Feels like a slice of life kind of story. Wonder how would the main characters interact with the other characters.
And also wonder what does Travis and Ryuuga has in common, do they know each other?

2. Any characters that you already interested in? Or characters you already think of as boring?
Cyan cuz his character design is cool and he doesn't really look like a 15-year-old.
I also like Marianne, she seems like a likable character :)

3. Which character will you probably play as first?
Travis (any background story bout her name?)

4. The café management will influence the CGs you get, but not the endings (except for the bad ending). Is it fine like that or would you prefer the café management influencing the endings more?
Hmm... I don't mind either way as long as the cafe management has something to do with the character's story and goals.

Yes at first glance but maybe it's just now it's placed so I had to refer back to the legend on top.
It'd be nice if we could date everyone haha~

But yes, there will be multiple slots so you won't have any problems going interchange ovob

As for your questions, before the story started, Travis and Ryuuga never met eachother ovo And yes, there is a story behind Travis' name XD
The programming is done and since the alpha release is only about 2 months away, I probably won't upload more screenshots of the gameplay XD It's easier to understand while playing anyways >w< Really glad you are interested in the gameplay though!

I think is sounds interesting. I like that you have two protagonist options.

None of them seem boring. I'm interested in Cyan, Tracey, and maybe Marianne. But I think I'm probably going to pick Cyan.

Ryuuga, I think I'll like his personality.

No, I'm defiantly ok with it not influencing endings more. In case I'm bad at it. XD

hmmm i think the first thing that sold me was that all of the characters can be romanced and then i read you can play as a dude and i was sold. completely.

well Cyan is DEFINITELY my type. also, tracey's special skill is getting into weird situations? sign me UP
the others look frikkin adorable as well, my heart cannot take this level of cuteness

ryuuga. no doubts there. cause Cyan. a white haired anime guy for grabs? YES PLEASE talking about white haired anime guys, what was that about stealing charlie cause I SAW THAT

well then, i won't have to guess which ending is undoubtedly falling into my lap first
but i don't think it has to influence too much? the link between the bad ending and bad managing skills is to be expected though

whoa, Whoa, WHOA where had I been??? How could I miss such a good VN WIP?
Anyway, a cafe life simulation that has VN element in it is just what I need!

INTERESTING! I really can't wait to play it now so good luck! And simulation makes it perfect! You know, it gives more thing to play with besides the story and stuff. But yeah, sometimes it can be boring once you repeat it several times. The simulation thing, I mean. Depends on how well you can work with it though.

CYAN. I have a thing for younger guys (ashfkaslwilskjflas I'M NOT GOMEN) and his personality really piques my interest! I mean, cold at the surface and become romantic in relationship? Who wouldn't want that?? But Tracey is also great. I might accidentally try his route first LOL. I'm weak for goody-two-shoes guys as well. Especially the weird ones. LOL

3. Which character will you probably play as first?
Travis, because I'm a girl (duh).

Personally, I'd like if the cafe management influenced the endings. I guess it'll make the players feel more involved in the game, I guess? Depends on what you'd like to focus on more. But if you want to balance between the simulation and the VN, I suppose both should influence the ending as well. That's totally my opinion, though.

Nope, because basically you can date everyone right? LOL.

Yeah, actually I have a question--I don't know if someone had asked this already or not. But let's say I picked Travis to play, would Ryuuga appear as a romanceable character and the other way round as well? Anyway, you have such a cute art style! Making a game alone would be difficult but I'm sure you can do it. Good luck!! xD

But so far the regular good endings are not too much influenced by it >w<

@ succuren: Right? OvO I love simulation games where you can play as dudes (and marry other dudes whut) //slapped XD
And Cyan is loved yay * v * White haired guys deserve so much more love (because most of them end up dying in animes yay?) //slapped 8D But I have a weakness for them hence why I kidnapped Charlie excuse you he is my type okay XD
They will be wearing aprons yes OvO Though I will spoil nobody in telling what kind 8'D //slapped but fanart omg -screams- LOL you can just post it on here or send me on deviantart or twitter or tumblr or anywhere else you can find me once that happens waaah 8'D -flies out of window at high speed-

Play as Travis and you can date: Ryuuga, Tracey, Marianne, Yuria
Play as Ryuuga and you can date: Travis, Tracey, Marianne, Cyan
I am glad that you have a thing for younger guys like Cyan though 8DD Sorry you can only date him if you play as a guy -sobs-

I've been following this topic since it was done, but never took the time to answer this and wish you good luck, sorry ^^" Better late than never?

1. First impression in general? (On story, game type etc.?)
It seems that this story has a high comical-potential due to the fact that the characters are... hum, bright with colours? They all seem really different and sweet in some way. The interactions between them already sound good somehow!
Besides I quite like the fact that we can get to choose the gender of the character and that it means living the stroy on one side (Ryuuga's) or the other (Travis'). It allows the MCs to have real personnalities rather than just being the fe/male version of the same character. Good choice! :)
The art also looks really good (as always we will only be sure when we see the complete game), but it really looks good!
I'm usually not that much into Slice-Of-Life (because it can easily get boring, exactly like real life) or into simulations (because I suck), however I will definitely follow your game closely because it has so much potential!

I'm more interested in the interactions between the MC and the characters than the characters themselve but...
These duo seem interesting:
Ryuuga/Cyan
Travis/Marianne
Ryuuga/Travis (and Travis/Ryuuga of course)
Those ones seem less interesting to me:
Travis/Tracey
Ryuuga/Marianne
But I'm just saying this based on a short description and on my own imagination, so I may be wrong. It's just that some duo seem more dynamics than others ^^
And rest assured that none of your characters seem boring ;)

Probably Travis, not because I'm a girl (I am though) but because her personnality seem funnier to play X)

It's fine! Perfect! So that we can suck at the café Management and still enjoy the game :lol:
If it makes sense that sucking at the café Management can still allow someone to get a good ending, I'm okay with it.
If it'd seem strange that you can't manage the store and can still get a happy ending, then I'm against.
Everything depends on if it makes sense to you ^^ You're the mastermind of this game afterall :)

I've seen the little text about Cyan's age.
I honestly don't really mind if he's young (since you've said that there would be no questionable scenes). he just doesn't really look 15, but, hey, everyone ages differently ^^

@ Didules: Aaaah thank you for taking your time to post LOL XD I really hope to make the game fun enough to play despite being Slice-of-Life too >w< I am glad you got interested in the character dynamics between some main characters! Since I will be focusing a lot on that too XD (Or at least, try lol)

It has been a while since the last update >w</ Still working steadily on the project, even though real life work has been taking up a lot more time recently.

As for the character sprites, I have been working on the additional poses for the main characters. Each character will have at least two different poses (I would prefer 3, but at the moment there are more important things to work on.) The first sketches are ready, and will stay sketches for the demo release.

Have a look at Travis’ standard “Is that so~”-pose >w</ //slapped

Meanwhile, I have also been sketching the in-game icons. It’s a first for me so I am still working hard on finding the right composition and style. Drawing food is really fun though! Here a few sketches out of those I got so far.

Some of those icons will remain sketches for the demo also, depending on how much time I have to polish them.

And at last, on writing. I have been making some progress, which is mainly thanks to the new composers that have come onboard!
With two composers right now, we got 3 out of roughly 15 tracks finished >w< They are already included in the game ovo Listening to them while writing gave me a good boost! XD

I really like the icons! I would make the outline as thick as it is now but the inner lines a bit thinner, I think? It looks a bit on the heavy side to me at the moment.

I'm loving the Rough Sunshine track, it's really pleasant to listen to! So relaxing!

Thank you! >w< At the moment I am still struggling with the composition so the sketches don't really show how the icons will be drawn like at the ending XD I do plan to make the inner lines (A LOT) thinner though lol >w< I am not sure if I will add any thicker outer lines but that will be decided when I actually line and color the icons XD
And yes! >w< Shoko really met the style I'm aiming for as music XD -likes them a lot-
