The doors are locked. The windows are boarded. There is no escape.
In order to be set free, each captive must confront their past sins or face judgement.

Sinner's Game is my first ever visual novel that I have chosen to create for NaNoRenO. It will be a kinetic novel with maaaybe a few choices at the end depending on how close I get to completing it.
So far I only have a few scrapings of a story and a couple of character sketches with more planned to come once March begins.

CHARACTERS:

MC:

Age: Early 20's
A troubled young woman suffering from severe insomnia after a traumatic loss changed her life forever. She reaches out to the members of an online support group for help, but still struggles with overcoming her grief. Will she find the strength to live or fall victim to the game's judgement?

Vanessa:

Sex: Female
Age: ???


Albert:

Sex: Male
Age: Adolescent
A strange young child searching for his mother. It's unknown how he came to be part of this game, but his secrets could save the group...or doom them all.

Added a couple of updates to the main post. Added a character sketch for the as of yet unnamed MC (open to suggestions of names!).

Also organized the post a bit to prep for March.

I'd love to offer suggestions for a name, but I don't know what the main character is supposed to be like. I mean, you could easily name her Elaine or Sasha or Zoe or something, but it doesn't feel right to me to suggest names without knowing a little about the one to be named.

Sounds silly, but the MC looks a little like a Megan or Emily.

Added a little more information about the MC and some more information on her character. Still not 100% satisfied with the design, but it's a work in progress. Her nightgown turned out a little sexier than I had intended, haha.

Regarding the nightgown: you could alter the top of it to cover her cleavage, if you want.
