I love this concept, and I love how you plan on having so much involved. The monthly cell phone bill thing is a nice touch, gives it some realism xD I will definitely be following this and look forward to seeing where it goes! The game world sounds like it'll be fun. :3

I like the ambition of your project, hope it is taken to completion. How do you plan on doing the MMO part? Something similar to a Zero player RPGs where 'data' is stored and synced from a remote server as you play?
