Crop Circle Revived for NaNoRenO2022

Story

Orion just arrived in remote village that was hit by a mysterious meteorite. He was in the corn field that day when it struck, but was miraculously able to survive. He met Maya, a mysterious girl who appeared every day on the corn field ever since that fateful event. That meeting was also on the beginning of a weird rumor spreading around the town. A crop circle suddenly appears at the corn field, and "alien sightings" are reported everywhere... Could it be that Maya was connected to everything?

Characters

Orion is a newcomer to a village that recently got famous with a Crop Cirlce incident. Apparently he ran away from his family home due to some unknown reason.

Maya is a bubbly young woman/alien(?) who has a frail body, which Orion suspects is due to earth's atmosphere. She radiates heat and her touch burns Orion's skin.

Leonardo is a doctor who works in the village's small hospital. He seemed to be in search of aliens as well and is found wandering around the village at night.

Harold is a dog who's always tied down by the farmer. He hates Orion for some reasons, but is close with Maya.

The title banner pulled me in. If you don't mind me asking, where does the sci-fi part come into play? (Not where in the script, but rather HOW does it come into play?)

Well, we are talking about alien and spaceships as well. It adds up to the drama :'D
And no, Orion doesn't have an art yet. I will update when he does.

First post updated with NaNoRenO updates! All sprite, BG and UI are remade, and story is being rewritten (changing Orion, Leo and Maya's personality traits and flesh them out)
