Dev Notes 9/1/2017[/150]
I've released a demo as our entry for SuNoFes 2017! The game is VERY CLOSE to being finished, but I need a few more days on it to finalise, and I would have missed the deadline, soooo.... I thought releasing a little demo would be appropriate and I really hope you guys enjoy it! It features the first 2,000+ words of our 10,000+ word story, fully voiced dialogue, and all selectable MCs are available for you to play! The full version should be due sometime next week~
With this, I also fulfill a promise I made to myself to let the world know what a wonderful voice actor Alexander Kwan was, you get to hear his voice snippets in the opening video after you've made your MC selection (very distinctive, the guy with the mature voice and New Zealand accent) in this demo and further in the actual game for the full version. I release this in honour of you!

I am happy to announce a CG artist has contacted me and will be doing 6 CGs, with a secondary artist (awaiting confirmation) interested in doing 3 more. Therefore, the game will have 12 CGs instead of just 2~

Quick Update:
I have finished 1 of 3 of the priority CGs needed for the game! The other 2 look near done! They are stunning, I can't wait 'till you guys can see it in game, this artist is amazing~
Also, I have scheduled my dedicated time to work on this game only to ensure its release for SuNoFes.

Unfortunately, one of the CG artists was unable to finish, HOWEVER since the priority CGs from the secondary artist has been completed--this means the game will proceed completion. Due to the new format of the forums, I am not editing the main posts since the site seems to not recognise the size of these images and I prefer not to re-upload them, so we'll just leave it the way it is now for the sake of aesthetic and I'll keep updates in replies.

After a lot of setbacks, delays, etc.... I have SOMETHING to show! For SuNoFes 2017, I released the DEMO version of it on itch.io! The full version should be available sometime next week more likely, since it is close to finalising and polishing, but I hope you enjoy this little demo and that it gives you a taste of what to expect. I also added an optional questionaire if you'd like to give your feedback.

Production for "False Hope" is the next on my agenda to be fully completed, due to it's nearly finished state. All I have to do is script in all the visuals, a few more lines, sound effects, create an ending credit video, and the game is finished! So please look forward to it. I do not have a definite date yet, but it will be released before the year is up. I may find a jam that allows you to finish a project as an incentive, perhaps even the next SuNoFes if that's still a thing.
