During the carnival of 1719 in Venice Enrico, a navy captain, investigates two mysterious and virulent deaths caused by some animal that can't be found, and in the meantime is pushed from his friend and colleague to participate to a series of parties to let loose.



The story is very loosely based on a Venetian legend, revisited and expanded and set in Venice during the carnival of 1719. In Venice carnival lasted a long period of time, months even, in which behind the mask riches and poor took advantage of the anonymity to do things they usually could not.
The events happen in the area surrounding the Arsenale (the navy shipyard), and the backgrounds are photos of Venice taken around there for this very purpose.

It'd be really useful to have some feedback about things to be improved or that don't work and should be changed. If you try the demo it'd be nice if you'd come back here and write two lines of what you liked and what you did not!

Oh I did want to ask though, you mentioned in your post that the full version will have two love interests, I was wondering who they were?

The two love interests are Giovanna and Fosco, the second one is quite obvious after playing the demo ^^

The art is beautiful. I also really love the setting, historical settings are super cool and Venice is a really great place to set a story. It's also really rare in VNs to have a male protagonist with both male and female love interests so kudos for that. I'm looking forward to the full release. c:

Update!

We're sad to say so, but due to personal reasons, we'll have to postpone the original release date we imposed on ourselves ​for a couple months.
We can't say an exact date,​ but as said in the main post expect it for the start of September!
