Hello! I am the developer of ''Phantom of the Past'' and I am happy to announce the second update of my visual novel.
This visual novel is free but any support is appreciated. It has music and funny moments mixed with a story that revolves around a huge mystery about some of the characters past. You can check it out on gamejolt, itch.io or patreon for more news about the future updates. I am not going to waste too much time with other things, so let's get into the story:


About the story:


Phantom of the Past' it's a story about Kyousuke (the protagonist) and his friends. Everything starts when he has to move to a dormitory. He isn't too pleased with the idea but that quickly changes when he sees how beautiful the place is.

His life seemed perfect but something changes when he receives a weird dairy from a mysterious girl. He reads it and then a new world opens to him. He doesn't know if this will turn up to be a world full of joy or one of suffering but he is determined to help his new friends. Will this make his life even better or he will discover something that should have been left in the dark.

This story revolves around the bond that is created between the characters. Each of them has a past that will not let them live their life in peace. They will have to fight against it or relive the painful memories all over again.


About the second update(0.0.2):

This is the second update of Phantom of the Past. The story continues as our protagonist and friends deepen their bond. Some mysterious things are happening at the same time but is that something to worry about.

Main characters:

Akane is a mysterious girl who Kyousuke meets in his first day at his new school. Akane seems very shy or distant at first but she just likes to be alone sometimes. That will change after a certain event.

Konomi is a very open and friendly girl. She always defends the protagonist and tries to make others feel at ease. She might look like an airhead but it seems like she just doesn't care what others think about her.

Akito never takes his headset off and despite trying to look cool, he is mostly an airhead. He likes to play video games and read manga but his past is not something that he likes to remember.

Ayumi is a typical tsundere. She is very good friends with Konomi but other than that, everything else about her it's a mystery. Almost everything to be honest. We know she doesn't like when Akito and Kyousuke(the protagonist) are too loud.
