Time for weekly progress report, I guess

--PROGRESS CHAPTER 3-- (W5 May '19)
Last week before long holiday! Hopefully I'll get it done before it

Story 100/100
Scripting 50/100 (1000 lines of estimate 2000 lines. It's still quite amount to completion, I assure you)
GUI design 100/100 (I don't intend to change anything from Chapter 1/2)
Sprites 100/100 (there's no new sprites on Chapter 3....unless I decided to add new pose for Vicky)
CG 100/100 (Okay 4 is enough)

If my proofreader is finished this week I'm positive the date of release will be earlier than the planned schedule. Otherwise I'll just stick to the target on 06.19

No development until the end of June because I want to focus on my job IRL
Chapter 4 is scheduled to release on July 2019 and it's still on timeline.

I'm thinking of making full-animation for my trailer. Or maybe not.
This sketchy stuff has taken me more than 3 hours but it's a a fun thing to experience XD

Another attempt on making trailer.
I thought black and white might be suitable for this project so I'll stick with it until the final product.

Now that Ren'Py latest version has supported html5, ALLBLACK can be played through your browser.
Link to itch.io is still the same.

It's playable on Chrome browser latest version (I tried it myself) but because the features are still on beta version expect a bit of lag/rough transition between scenes. I still recommend to download it in conventional way.

Finally ALLBLACK got its official trailer! It's certainly still feel amateur-ish but I did my best to finish it!

Hi Tiya, tbh I’ve been viewing any VN trailer I’ve come across here on LSF, as I was working on my own recently and trying to see if I could improve.

The AllBlack trailer is pretty good for a trailer especially if it’s your first time! I’d say the section where rain is falling could use a rain particle effect instead or stock rain footage overlaid on top, rather than the hand drawn droplets.

I do appreciate you actually did hand drawn frame animation! I noticed you have sketches/gifs of other anims you posted before the trailer...did those anims just not make it into the trailer?

Also curious as to what language was being spoken at the end?

Thanks for the feedback! The droplets is intentional (related to the story, if you read the synopsis/the VN itself you might understand) but I agree that it looks out of place.

Ahaha, yeah, not enough slots given time duration. I still plan to recycle it for future release though.

It's my mother tongue as well as the light novel original version, Indonesia ^^. I also doubled as a female voice actor in this video FYI

Scripting 10/100 (500 lines of estimate 2000 lines. Maybe more because the script has more pages than previous)
GUI design 100/100 (I don't intend to change anything from Chapter 1/2/3....or do I?)
Sprites ?/100 (I haven't read the script, but I think there are 2 minor characters added....should I draw them? )
CG ?/100 (1 done. Maybe I'll add 1 more)

Still a lot of work and I can assure you this chapter will be action-driven so I might have some difficulty regarding scripting with all ATL/effects included.
