This is old, but i worked on this prototype for the VNM team when it was still in beta. It's available for download on Itch.oh. We worked really hard on it, but it kinda got swept under the rug. Anyway, let me know what you think, would appreciate some feedback. Also if you're interested in knowing what VNM is capable of this is good example.

I like the art style and the dialogue has a poetic feel to it. Could you give us a short introduction into the plot and the main characters?
