A: It was the middle of a global pandemic and it felt like a good idea at the time.

A: It's in Full HD, so 1920x1080.
Q: How long is this sucker gonna be be?
A: A standard playthrough taking the player from Prologue to the end of a given route typically runs about 5 1/2, with it sometimes running from 6-7 depending on your read-speed. Previously we said it took about an hour and a half, but that was vastly out of date information; we're hugely sorry to anyone who picked up the game and expected a short experience. That will be honored - we're currently working to get a truncated version of the story available to allow for a complete playthrough of a route in about 2 hours. There are four romance routes (Kai, Mackie, the General and Sovereign), one Solo route, and a substantial epilogue route on top of it all. So there will be plenty to do. For $9.99, it'll be plenty of bang for your buck.
