"Girl, why are you crying?"
Wendy is in her own room for the first time, being told that it's time she starts to grow up, as all children must. But that very night, her melancholy is interrupted by a strange little girl who flies outside her window. This girl tells her about Neverland, a magical place where nobody ever needs grow up - she herself hasn't grown up since the day she was born! Though Wendy has her doubts on that, she does agree to go with Petra to Neverland... She'll make a decision whether or not to stay in a few days.
What will she decide; to stay in Neverland and never grow up, or to go home to London? And who will she meet along the way?

Wendy
Our protagonist and POV character. A gentle and well-mannered girl who is torn on whether she wants to remain a child or not.
Petra Pan
A strange little girl who can fly and who claimed to have run away from home and promptly found Neverland. Carefree and, ahem, flighty, Petra can't imagine why one would ever want to grow up.
Talia
A mermaid who lives in Neverland's lagoon. She is fascinated and curious by human things, but Petra doesn't tell her much about them.
Anna
The daughter of Captain Hook, who most resembles the sort of girls Wendy knew in London. She enjoys tea parties and dance.
Tinkerbell
A fairy who accompanies Petra most places. She'll gladly answer Wendy's questions about Neverland.
