The king is having a huge birthday celebration! Five days of dancing, festivals, and drinking, culminating in a grand masquerade ball. It just so happens that Rivian Varrison, the introverted son of a famous nobleman, is forced to attend this giant event by his father. By chance, or maybe something more deliberate, he runs into a host of colorful and shady characters, all with their own stories to tell. But when a sudden and mysterious crime happens on the second day of the celebration, Rivian finds himself thrown into the middle of it, and has to discover the truth behind what really happened -- and who the people around him really are.

Questions:
-Do you usually play BL games?
-Which character appeals to you the most?
-What scene/aspect was your favorite in the demo? Your least favorite? Why?
-What was your impression of the atmosphere from the demo? Did you enjoy it?
-General feedback/comments?
So to answer a few of your questions, my fav character was Arden. He seems sweet and good natured. Very dashing knight-like. How he puts up with Rivian's insolence and keeps coming back for more is kinda beyond me tbh it's alittle unrealistic to me unless the explanation is that Arden is so attracted to Rivian that he can't help himself.
My fav scene was the one on the shared balcony. It had the start of intrigue and was bringing about that darker themes. Franz's icy and cryptic words set a nice tone. So if ppl are out to kill Riv, why is he just going to stay?! I'd demand to be escorted back to my own kingdom!
It may be just me but I found Rivian has too much personality for me to be able to put myself in his shoes and live as the character himself. In general I found him unrelatable due to his polarizing personality. There's really nothing very pleasant about him. Perhaps I'm too used to those "blank slate mc's", but I found myself unsure if I should base my choices on what I would do or what I thought Rivian would do. Any advice on what I should do?

Thanks very much for the feedback, again! Arden can definitely come across as a little obsessed... well, he is a little obsessed.
Riv does have a lot of personality, but it does alter somewhat based on player choices and what route you eventually wind up picking. (I also know he comes off as kind of a dick, but his merits show later on; in the beginning, he's full of sass because he's an introverted rich snob with no social skills) We wanted to move away some from the "blank slate" personality just because, personally speaking as the writer, I found it unbearably boring in the last game. XD Very interesting to hear your thoughts though -- I would just play through things choosing what you would do personally!
