Hello! Our team just released the demo for our first visual novel, Student Union!

It's now available on Itch.io!

ABOUT:

Lane is in trouble and needs work, ASAP. At the kick-off of his final year of high school, he turns to asking the faculty for help. The assistant principal Mr. Underwood recommends a unique solution: form and lead a student organization dedicated to the support and maintenance of the institution. However, Lane must convince at least four other students to join the group before the end of the week.

Underneath this pretext he quickly learns the school administration is more sinister than it seems, that great danger lies within the school walls, and that the group he’s forming may be more necessary than he realized.

Your choices guide Lane through this dark drama and romance as shifting pressures form, strain, and shatter strong bonds. Found a student government, recruit members, and struggle to maintain them in the face of unexpected challenges and danger.

The "Works in Progress" section usually gets a bit more traffic than the Demos and Beta testing section. You could post it there as well to get more eyes on it.

The art is beautiful, but I don't really understand what the game is actually about. At the very least, what genre is it? "Form a student government" sounds like slice of life, but "unexpected challenges and danger" sounds like action, and one of your girls has animal ears, which is fantasy-ish. Is there/will there be 18+ content? Sometimes "many girls with boobs" means there is, and sometimes it doesn't; either way, that's something people will want to know.

At the very least, even if there isn't much info about the plot, I'd like to see more information about the characters. Even a simple character profile can make a post like this a lot more interesting to potential players. Right now, I don't know anything about the many girls in the screenshots on the itch page, or even about the main character.

As of right now, there's not enough here to make me want to spend 2 hours on your demo, but with more information I might be more interested. Good luck. (:

I've updated the synopsis to provide more detail, added a features section for development path/game scope going forward, and included a brief content disclaimer. The game genre is drama with elements of romance, suspense, and mystery.
