Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but whatever happened to ALICE.NET?

I see it referenced in a lot of places, and it seems like it would be interesting to use, as my drawing skills aren't exactly amazing.

It seems to be dead to me. You could try finding a friend to draw for you, or someone who might take requests, or even commission some artwork if you don't mind spending.
