Try looking at sword, and polearms perspectives and adjust the envelope to match?

If you're talking about open ones it's a half-sphere with a line poking through. Start with a box that's oriented the way you want your umbrella, draw a circle in the box then draw a circle in perspective so it slices through the center. If you can't get the box right then that's the whole problem and you'll want to learn more about drawing things in perspective that are askew from your carefully drawn vanishing point lines.
