I really like your hair highlights! They aren't too soft but are prominent enough and still blend in well. Whenever I try making highlights like that I fail because it looks shitty/doesn't fit.How do you make those without them looking out-of-place? I am so envious xDDD

Oh my O__o I never expect anyone to say that about my arts, thank you! Actually, I'm just using brush and the eraser tool in SAI. Nothing more than that honestly.
If it might help I have the tutorial that I'm using as a guide. You can have a look as well, it might help you.

Anyways this is all I've got at the moment. A quick sketch that I did to show my artist what I want my character to look like, lol. Completed in all of 30 seconds. :B
