My goodness, I only noticed it now, thank you!
Is it really that soft? xD For the colour, I honestly just placed aqua blue and picked a different tone around the area. It ended up looking so bright.

I'm thinking of shifting my artstyle (they say my style is cute and bright) to a more darker-devilish style. Not that I don't like how I'm doing now but I really want to try drawing dark, gory and black things once in awhile. I did once before, but it was epic fail. xD

Yep. He occasionally hops over to the Chinese DN, but he's not really known there.

It was sculpted in zbrush over a period of 3~4 months, as of that render. Decimated and rendered in mental ray through max. No real post to speak of, maybe levels. It was mostly to test out the Mike Nash 'Fake It' render setup for Mental ray I had just purchased. Excellent kit, by the way. Easy to break apart and learn from.
