Remember I once said I wanted to draw something dark rather than cute and colorful? I think I'm improving myself little by little ;u;
Yesterday, I lost a little bit of insanity and drew these :


It started with something a bit twisted




Then there's a bit of blood.


And finally it became cannibalism.

Can you guys tell me what you think? ;u; These are rather fanarts, but I'm slowly getting a smoother skill for this style.

I think those are pretty good TsukiShima. I'd say look at some horror manga to see how they depict the subject matter with their linework and expressions because I think you can push it a bit more aside from narrow evil eyes. Thankfully there's a good variety of horror manga out there so not all of them are harsh and gritty like Junji Ito. I like this manga in particular:

Zekkyou Gakkyuu is mainly shoujo and the artist uses big shoujo eyes, but I think she does a great job at the horror aspect.

I'll start with my favorites from newest to oldest. My style bounces around a lot, depending on what I'm working with (and my mood at that moment of creation). My strongest point is anime/manga style.

This is my most recent. He's a datable character from a GxB visual novel I am currently working on. Said visual novel will be in this very... anime style. *lol at the matching icon* I literally finished this one hours ago.


Another character from a separate VN project (listed character is supposed to have blonde hair, but the violet accents the picture a bit more. I decided to play with different coloring styles and textures. Never gonna finish this one, though.
