Under heavy stress and influence of Alcohol I decided to sketch...
something on a piece of scratch paper and was impressed by what
I have created... scanned it and colored it on Photoshop using laptop's
touchpad for maximum enjoyment... it's fun doing it especially if the world
is spinning without me...
Moral lesson: Don't Drink while Drawing... Really, it's such a bad idea...

Did you do the line art, or just the coloring?
Wow... Nice coloring... But his legs look a bit small. And it's not because he's a low-rider (it seems)--cover up his waist and compare this legs to his torso... It's a bit off....

It seems strange because the anatomy is wrong (starts from waist below). The leg is too short, making him like gorilla. I don't know what you call it, but I think the waist is too small/shallow. Also the legs' anatomy aren't balanced between left and right leg.
The shadow/shading is also a little bit strange. Let's say that I can't pinpoint where the light's coming from.
I'm not a great artist myself. But at least to me, that's where the problem lies.
