I think PyTom would be impressed, partly because Eileen's getting this much attention and that, well, you're a good sketcher/artist.yuirei wrote:A sketch I made while viewing Py'Tom's Ren'Py demo ^^
She's Eileen ^^ Well sketching made me relieve some
of my writer "saturation" syndrome ..
[a pic of Eileen... if she was in an anime]
definately good art.
but what happens if both occur at the same time?Hehe, maybe I just found a very good pattern ..
if I can't write I'll draw .. if I can't draw I'll write ^^
(or maybe I'm just thinking of the impossible)

I'll have to agree . "Potential" is definitely the word. The eyes and colors are those showing the most of it to me ^^BCS wrote:You know what they say about eyes, and the windows to the soul? I think that's what's going on here. Nice, appealing eyes and pretty colors, even though the quality isn't sound yet.
You can see the potential there, you know what I mean?
BCS - is quality really the word you meant? Don't you mean polish or finesse? Lack of quality seems to imply that I didn't work that hard on these.monele wrote:I'll have to agree . I will say that the eyes and colors look best because that's what I care about most. Basically, these were character designs for me to get in my head what these characters look like. On a couple of them, I just slapped some clothes on so they wouldn't look naked.
I also realize my artwork probably doesn't look "anime" enough. I don't know how to achieve that look, so at best my style is "anime inspired."
If there are technical problems, please let me know.

I don't know, I personally think its going to look how it is going to look. As long as there isn't too much of anatomical glitches it should be fine. Also I think the definition of what is considered to be "anime" style is usually standing on a shaky line of reasoning.Rika-chan wrote:I also realize my artwork probably doesn't look "anime" enough. I haven't posted for a while. Not sure where to start, but I guess I'll start with my most recent doodle. I wonder if this is too much.
