There's this art meme going around, and a friend requested one of my characters for it.

I just started to improve my art... you'll a lot old crappy art from past if you browse my gallery.
Wew, last time I posted was in 2013. I'm making a come back to show what has become of my art. I don't have many full illustrations to show from 2017, the guy with glasses is from 2016. From then my art has become more colorful, dynamic and vivid. I learned painting and other styles, like cartoon-ish characters.

This is the surgeon CR-S01 from my favourite video game ever, Trauma Team:

And an OC! This is Ailey, a character for a "chess anime" my friends are always joking about making one day:

Can someone help us?

We are building an epic WW2 visual novel. We are having some problems with our aristocrat beauty "Ilse" (the ones with ??? on top of her). Why does she not belong with the others in the cast? Is there something missing or what is wrong with her?

Here are my thoughts; others will probably have better suggestions.
Her sleeves should be longer, reaching almost to the elbows.
If you want to have her wear gloves, the gloves should extend almost to the elbow. If she isn't wearing gloves, add one or two rings to her fingers and a bracelet to her wrist.
I'd recommend adding a necklace.

In my honest opinion I think Ilse looks a tad too 'modern' for a WW2 visual novel. Going by her name I am assuming she is of German, Dutch or maybe even Belgian descent? If you do a quick google search on German fashion during the 1930ies and 1940ies one thing that stands out is that almost all the 'properly dressed' (non-pinup) ladies have their hair in an updo rather than flowing long and loosely. Another term that a quick google of the fashion of that time brought up was "wiener bunte mode" which seems to focus mostly on actual german fashion between the 1920ies and 1950ies.

Though if you'd like something more classy, which I'd imagine an aristocratic lady would be interested in; Coco Chanel was already active at the time. Perhaps you could take inspiration for some of the dresses said fashion house designed around the year you're going for? Pinterest is better than google for this to search to be honest.
