I tryed to use this programme like 4 month ago, but is only in japanese. Does anyone know about any language patch?

I THINK there's no translation yet (but take my words with a grain of salt), but you may be interested in Live2D, which is about the same kind of animation from static pictures. Theres a thread here where they talk about it:
