I've made two logos for my VN project, but I'm not sure if they are any good, so I would appreciate any opinions from some of you guys since you all seem to be quite experienced with VN stuff
The story is supposed to be about a girl meeting her jrock idols from the band "RUBINE" (hence the title) and eventually dating them.
Which logo is the better one, or do I have to make a completely new one?

I feel like the first one is more unique and is more memorable, although it can be a little bit overwhelming. The second design is more simple, which is good. I think optimally youd want to look for the middleground
Also, from the logos I get the idea that RUBINE is a pretty femine jrock band ^^' but thats just my opinion hehe

The first one is nice in concept, but the choice of upper font doesn't look good to me, and "Rubine" cold benefit from having the kerning adjusted (for example, look at the gaps between B, I, N - it looks like I is further from the B than it is from N, drawing the eye). I like it more than the second one (which is nice, just doesn't give me the vibe a story involving J-Rock does), but I think it could be tweaked a bit!

Of your most recent batch of three, the first one is the best in my opinion. It's got a good amount of negative space that helps draw the user's eye in towards the title.
The other two reverse this - they tend to push the eye away from your title. So go with the first one.

I'd go for logo 5 , as it is a lot cleaner than the other ones while holding the form. logo 6 is also good , but i would not go for your first posted logo as it is a bit ... overwhelming ! well I just like cleaner-simpler stuff as logo.
I am very proud to be a part of this generous, nice and friendly community!
but please, don't go around telling people that their work is somehow off! thats not how critique works!

What's the demographics (gender, age group, ethnicity etc) of the players you're aiming for? And what kinda 'feel' (feminine, posh, cheap, actiony etc) do you want your game logo to portray? That will determine how your logo will look.
