Looking for futuristic UI tutorials

You probably need to research futuristic minimalism, or if you want to give a look like science fiction then the comment above helps you more. Use animations and among other things, with ATL and Imagebuttons can be made very striking and great things.

I know i'm probly too late to help, but here's some resources I think could help. The first, is a list of tutorials for various styles ui elements, a lot of which are metallic/brushed metal/etc which i think is close to what you're looking for.

Lessons are expensive stuff, i never tried it either but taking a look at the student gallery can give you a rough idea of the process behind their genius.
