Skype-based art critique group?

So, yes, I kind of took the idea from descats' post here.

I have been looking for a place to more readily exchange feedback for a while and haven't run into any art groups, especially in english-speaking regions(?) until then. So I thought of opening one directed more at general art creation, posting WIPs, requesting for feedback, discussing techniques and such.
