I don't think you're quite at 'professional' art levels yet. I see potential, but you need more practice to further develop your skills. I would recommend doing traditional art exercises such as live figure drawing and still life to help you get a better grasp of anatomy and drawing things that look like they may occupy a 3D space (settings, fabric, people).

I did work at a professional game studio in the past. Some things the recruiters look for:
- sense of color, color balance, and texture
- Strong sense of shape/outline/silhouette
- visual consistency of image sets (characters, items, backgrounds)
- versatility; ability to draw multiple things (characters, items, etc.) in multiple styles
- risk-taking/unique ideas
- traditional graphic design ability is a HUGE bonus (GUI design, page layouts)
- Good-looking, ORIGINAL designs*

*Fan art in portfolios is dismissed unless the illustration itself is showcasing a unique illustration style you do exceptionally well (example: paper cut, silhouette, art deco).

I know you said you won't change your style; you don't have to. But you SHOULD try to develop multiple styles. You can have your soft anime style, but if you can do one or two more styles as well, it helps a lot. Trust me.
