I hope this is the right place to put this. If not, my apologies.

I was wondering if any fellow artists/creators would like to join a discord channel for notifications of hangouts?

Creating art for VNs seem to be the most tedious and time consuming part of the process for me, and I tend to focus better when I'm watching fellow artists working. Of course, since no one wants their games to be spoiled we often have to hold onto our art for a long amount of time before it can be shown and thus most of us can't stream publicly. The solution I figured would be to host google hangout sessions!

I figure the channel would just be a place where people can ping others when they're in the mood to stream together. The art won't have to be strictly related to visual novels but it'd be good if people announced which sessions they're joining along with the project they're working on, in order to avoid spoilers?

You can also screenshare to limited audience in Discord, i.e. they have to be your friend(s) instead of joining the same server. Is it not enough to serve for your purpose?

I don't really like livestreaming just because it seems very solo. Picarto has the option for multi-streams but that requires a premium.
I prefer hangouts because it's easy and anyone with a google account can join. Friending everyone, making sure they're all online etc. etc. is a bit too much which is why I opted for this, heh.

But you can still post livestream/other streaming links in the server!

This sounds super nice! I don't have access to my tablet just yet but I joined for when I do! Streaming is always fun and inspirational!
