Need advice on pricing a sprite

Hello! I had an unusual request and I don't know what to do ;__;
A dA user asked me to buy the licence of a CC sprite of mine, which is free for any free project but forbidden for commercial ones. He wants to use it in a commercial project. Should I charge for the sprite? What should I do?
(He's the only one so far that wants to use this sprite, but I know that also 6 people already downloaded it)

If it is a CC sprite that you weren't planning on making money off, you could charge a very small fee for non-exclusive use of the sprite. Either that or work out a deal that you get the game free or something.

You could try to charge more if you really wanted or try to lure them into paying for additional services (custom modifications, extra sprites etc.) We have no idea if they have a budget though or any prospects of earning the money back. You could also set a larger fee based on if they game is successful.

Those are just my random thoughts, this is not my specialty.
