I have to agree with both posts above, the topic addressed here is a fair point and a lot of the internet can benefit from learning the proper ways of documenting and writing essays, but the OP seems to have the exact issue they describe: That what they write is too chaotic and unstructured for people to really understand what they want and mean.

To add something to this thread, allow me to actually give the basic guideline that most posts, whether this is a whole report or just a lemmasoft post, would benefit from:

(-Preface and summary: For long essays, it's useful to describe who you are, why you wrote the essay and summarising the most important topics in a way that's understandable on it's own but not underbuild with arguments.)

-Introduction. Introducing the topic/problem etc. in a way that makes clear what you're talking about. Why are you discussing this, what's your standpoint on the matter, why do you think it's important to be mentioned, etc.

-Main part. Write down everything you want to add about the subject here. For example if you have 4 reasons why <something>, make four paragraphs that are all also designed according to these five points I'm listing with their arguments and pros and cons. Especially in this part, having sub-introductions are important so that the reader knows when you're switching topics and what you're talking about in the new paragraph.

-Discussion. If there are uncertain, arguable or variable factors to what you discussed in the Main part, mention them here. Depending on the size of the essay, the discussion can be preferred to be merged with the main part, but with small pieces (<3 pages) it's best to keep it separate so that you're not argueing with yourself and thus confusing the reader.

-Conclusion. Writing clearly what the conclusion of the Main part is. Everything that is said in the conclusion must've already been mentioned in the main part, so it's a bit like a summary in that regard, but the argumentation and fluff must be taken off. The conclusion is straightforward and clear language that says adamantly what this essay is saying.

-Recommendations. (Optional) Mention other sources that the reader could check out or follow-up topics that can build upon the one you discussed here.
