As a theme, I want to ask when I create a complete game, can I sell it? And where can I do business?

Yes you can sell games made with Ren'Py. Just make sure to follow the licenses of any material you've used.

As to where, that is your choice. Currently you can use pretty much any online retailer that allows indie games. A few of note would be
Steam (no R-18)
itch.io
dlsite
Google Play (no R-18)
Or even as a rewards program through things like patreon.
