I'm undecided whether to change the name to my visual novel or not. the previous game was called "Affection". the current version is the genderswap version of Affection, (ie, all the characters have changed sex and from boys love has become a shoujo ai) and at the moment is called "Yuri Affection". that does not convince me as much as a title. If I search for it I find for example only things about Yuri on Ice. And there aren't adult scenes. I don't know how to change it. I was thinking of 'Your Affection' (sounds similar ) but it is a song from Persona OST. I could add a subtitle but I do not know what to put in. Is a normal romance story, shoujo ai, and the MC is a dog lover so maybe it could be like "Puppy Love" but can't say if it fits, Eglish is not my mother tongue. Do you have any advice for me?

I think Yuri Affection sounds fine, but if you still want to change it, here are some suggestions that came to me: Ladies' Affection, A Lady's Affection, Affection: Another Story, Affection: A Girl's Story.

Yuri Affection sounds like basic description, so I don't think it makes a good game title. I like Your Affection quite a lot. Few people are familiar with the Persona OST, and even those that are familiar with it will probably not make the connection, since "your affection" is a common enough phrase. However, if you are looking to make it clear that this game is related to the first game, then I think a subtitle is more suitable.

You could name it after some meaningful place or character that is new in the alternate visual novel. Buy I agree that Your Affection is a great name for it.

I like Your Affection as name but I found a Persona 4's fan game with the same name, and is a vn made with ren'py.

I have in mind "Pure Affection".
(I think that short titles work better by the way)

Since this game will be a gender-swapped version of another game, I think the best title would be one that conveys a connection of that sort.
To me, "Your Affection" doesn't really sound like it ties into anything else.

Not necessarily one of those specific suggestions, but maybe a similar title would fit well?
