Image problem

Hi guys, I have a problem with png images.
In the game I am creating when I insert images of certain characters (I am in png) the game cannot read them and only shows the name of the character, as if I had not uploaded any images. The game works and gives no code errors.
Can you help me?

Double check that you have the name and location of the image perfectly, and that when you try to show them you're calling them the exact same thing you did when you defined them. This usually happens when you've just made a typo or something. If you can't find it, you could copy and paste the relevant code and see if anyone else can spot it (although it should be in Ren'Py Questions and Announcements).
