Using video on imagebuttons

I want to use videos as a imagebutton idle picture.I can add videos as screen background than create a ghost imagebutton on the screen.But this method wont work for me because I am creating a sandboxgame so I have too many imagebuttons for one location screen.I dont want to create separate screen for each of my imagebuttons.Is there anyway to use videos on imagebuttons or something works like imagebuttons
