Tam Music Factory?

Hi, there. I was looking through http://wiki.renai.us/wiki/Music_%26_Sound_Effects and, after looking through the links, was wanting to use some sound effects from Tam Music Factory ( http://www.tam-music.com/ ). But, as the site is in Japanese and Google Translate has done a horrible job, I can't seem to understand the terms of use for using their sound effects in my non-commercial VN. Does anyone have any experience using sound effects from this site, and if so, could you explain their terms of use to me? >.>''

When a personal, or a doujin circle uses those sounds for non-commercial, they are free to use without any license/attribution notice under the following conditions:

what you can't:
1: Used on Adult, religion, illegal sites
2: Sell, redistribute sounds only
3: Modify sounds heavily to damage the essence of the sounds

Sorry for necro, but I would ask if the usage for commercial product is accepted. I try to read the FAQ and I guess it says I'm free to use it, but I'm not sure.

It's generally a really bad idea to use something for a commercial project if you're not 100% clear on the rights, even if you can find some random guy on the internet to make a guess that it might be okay.

Inform him your purpose/product is the condition for commercial usage.
