If you're looking for original, free music for your project, you might want to check this out:
http://www.tribeofnoise.com/. Tribe Of Noise is a Dutch company that provides a network for musicians ánd people looking for music for their projects. I'm not really familiar with it yet, and browsing the website sadly isn't very intuitive, but it seems there is a LOT of music available in a lot of different genres. Anyway, take a look at their site, it explains it a lot better than I can.
Copied from their FAQ:
Who should join Tribe of Noise?
musicians, songwriters and composers
music fans from around the world
audio professionals & students
game developers, independent filmmakers, videographers, animation designers, etc.
Why YOU should join 'the Tribe'?
share music and creativity for free
exposure, new friends and opportunities (music assignments)
inspiration by fellow musicians
a range of tools & services available in the near future
Are there any download restrictions?
You are free to download and to revise the music. You may edit it into visual material and you are even allowed to earn money with it (commercial use is allowed). However, the name of the composer must be cited and you must share revisions alike with others under the same license
CC 3.0 BY-SHARE ALIKE.
(Oh, btw, I'm not affiliated with Tribe Of Noise)

It's a shame no-one replied to this, because this is largely similar to
this topic.
Thousands and thousands of royaltyfree soundtracks. Perfect for this community, i'd say.

Thanks for posting this, I've signed up and there are really plenty of different tracks available.
And very, very beautiful tracks, I have to say.
Definitely recommend this.
