Have you tried asking the composer him/herself for the MIDI files?
I would try that if you can't find anyone to help you.

Just received the composer's reply. He doesn't have .MIDI for neither D:
He sent me the .pdf for Snow Waltz which I already posted a link here :<
Please try to transcribe if you can ^-^

I might do the Snow Waltz, but only because it won't take but like 30 minutes to input all the notes, probably not even 30 minutes...
The other one you are on your own because it takes a lot longer to transcribe something by ear than it does just to copy the notes straight from a paper staff to a digital one. :p

To convert PDF files to MIDI files, you may install a
PDF reading control.
