Finding a Japanese vocalist/song composer/writer for VN?

I want to go all out on the vn I'm currently working on as it is going to be a commercial project, so I want to ensure quality in art, story writing, programming, and music.
However, it is not so simple to try and obtain a legit OP (and possibly ED) vocal song.

I'm looking for someone who can do the job, and doing this can possibly help others if they seek the same.

Anyone here or anyone with connections would be very helpful.

I am aware that this would cost a ton of money, but I'm willing to fork over however much is necessary for the project.
I will not have money immediately, but after the cost is figured out, I will work to raise that amount of money and pay it off.

I know some people are wary of having their content in a more "suggestive" game, so I am blatantly saying that it is an 18+ game with sexual content.

It is also a "moe" style game with kemono (furry) characters, no human, and it takes place around a cafe.

Why do you need a Japanese composer? There are plenty of good English composers, and if you're going to make an OELVN that has a Japanese translation then you should show off the English origins with pride.

My team and I felt very adamant about having this done. And I'm sorry if the title was misleading, I only was requesting a Japanese singer. Composer or writer could be anyone.
