Going by this (admittedly terrible) translation, it seems to be ok as long as you credit the site and link back to them.

Wow, that's quite a translation. I checked on the Japanese version and yes, that's correct. You can use their music in non-commercial projects, however you must credit them. They also prefer you link back to their site, but it's not required.
They also state that you can't direct link to the music on their site, edit it (except to create loops, adjust volume and so on), or claim it as your own.
