No, you cannot, if you want to share the VN in public. It does not matter, if it is for free or not. It is still breaking the law.
If you want music to your VN, it has to be made specifically for it. Or you can use production/library music if you pay the license. Or you can search for music that is under public domain (not copyrighted anymore). Or music that is under Creative Commons or Attribution license.
