Solved. Thanks.
I can't beat this one.
I started trying to solve the botton part of the level and I use two shoujos for making ramps. One just under the starting point and the other a little right in order to go to the star the top right.
After using a dark energy tunnel I lock the girls from going back (I make a little hole in the terrain)
After using flowers or other ramps I can manage to reach the end...
It makes any sense? And what can I do to save the girls in the upper part?
I can save only 7 of 'em using hair head ability...

But the fact that you have so many Fan Services and Hairheads where you don't need one is actually confusing!
