When i start the game it says "THIS APPLICATION HAS FAILED TO START BECAUSE ALLEG40.DDL WAS NOT FOUND." and when i extract the file it wont start because of some ERROR. What is up?

Did you extract alleg40.dll from the rar file along with everything else in there? If there wasn't a copy of it then redownload the file.
If the alleg40.dll is in the folder, then what is the error message saying it can't start?
