Had yesterday night off cause I seriously needed it. I went and killed dragons and it made me feel better.

Tonight I polished the textbox, so it looks nicer now (in my opinion) and makes more sense. Also resolved my concerns about the character length, so hopefully it should fit nicely into the 50-75 margin now.

Also finished of the witches emotions and started the very last sprite.

Nearly there. Still have a few more things to add, especially since she is the main character. Hoping to have her finished off tomorrow and to start on the backgrounds. I'm going to go for a loose painterly style, kind of like what I used for the GUI background. I've been doing lots of backgrounds with lineart recently, so I wanted a change of pace ^_^

Aaaaand I'm done! Yes! Now i can do backgrounds and stuff.

Though I still have to crop all the sprites and tidy all the layers, but I can do that during the week~

^Luckily, a combination of Moya and a sprite for Bethlyn from Auro inspired me to change a section that I disliked and wanted to redo, but wasn't sure how.

Statistics:

The game contains 1,210 dialogue blocks, containing 8,135 words and 42,500
characters, for an average of 6.7 words and 35 characters per block.
Witch/Knight: now with 10% more violence.

Also, I'm now just below halfway done, because of attempting to code stuff (FAIL) and rewriting a certain part. This next part should be fun to write, though.

Edit: also, credits section updated.

I'm not very experienced with speed painting, as you can probably tell, so this should all be good practice for me. And I mocked up screenshot. This is the first time ever that I've done ALL the art, including the GUI :3

Wow that looks great! Love the color scheme and how you approached painting the leaves. Did you make the brush or did you get it from somewhere?
