First time participating in NaNoRenO so I hope to get something out there by months end! Should have a tonne of art to throw up by the end of the weekend so look forward to it!

Anemone is about a young woman of the same name (Anne for short) who works as an accounts assistant in a small law firm. Anne is a quiet introvert, dedicated to her job and doesn't have time to socialise, not that she has a desire to anyway.
Working late one night, Anne closes up the firm and begin her walk home. In what normally is a peaceful city, Anne is violently robbed and wakes up in a hospital the following day, shattered and emotionally broken down.
Anne's world seems to backflip as she tries to come to terms with what had happened and re-adjust to society. She quickly begins to see everybody as a threat and fears leaving her house, choosing instead to stay in as her ghosts eat away at her.
Anne's only friend, and coworker, comes around one day to check on Anne, bringing her cousin who was visiting (a young man a bit older than Anne) along with her. This young man is intrigued with Anne and slowly starts trying to reintroduce her to the world outside her home.
