yay, my first nanoreno! never did one of these before. dusted off an idea and started working on it. hope to finish. wish me luck!

summary
After the Great Flood, for 13,000 years a war between demons and Nephilim
has been fought in the shadows of human perception.

The mighty Nephilim drove the demons to the brink of extinction, but were betrayed
by their great Pride and by an even greater Deception. Now the demons number
in the trillions, while only seven Nephilim remain - the last of the Purifiers.

The Second Great Purge looms, and the demons seek to prevent it from happening
since it would spell their doom. But only the Purifiers hold the key to the end of all things
and to the secret knowledge before the days of Adam.

Only the Purifiers know the true purpose of this World.

The time for Revelation is nigh.

edit: i'll start updating as i make stuff. man, i haven't finished anything in a while. QQ
3/3: some sample ideas on characters/story and the direction they might go.
3/4: uploaded some cg. always wanted to mess around with it. this is my chance to experiment.
3/7: finished writing chp 1. plan is to release 1 or 2 chps out of 6. chp 2 is 40% written, but dunno if i have time. time to work on the art/graphics.
3/12: update text. characters/story starting to have minds of their own and reveal things to me. hooboy. this always gets tricky.
3/13: added warning and fanservice.
3/14: added title. (noticed pictures might be a tad too big. my perception of size/color screwed up due to changing monitors.)
3/22: urgh. my brain is fried. mistakes everywhere. cleaned it up a bit.
3/28: k, gonna just finish up the rewrite then ima take a break. got other stuff to write. tired from banging my head against the wall wondering why my music software is glitchy, cleaning up collisions from capes, etc. QQ the main parts of the project are all laid out, so i'll just release a wip. i'll finish the rest of the chapters and spiffy up the gui, redo the art, music, writing, blahblahblah, etc. sometime later. OTL
3/30: ok, pretty much done. just minor stuff left. might make later revisions. should post monday.
3/31: done. well, sorta. need to do the gui, finish writing the other chapters, and fix/change stuff that i don't like.

- uploaded some pics.
- story is coming along, but keep having to change and throw away what i write because of plot holes or other issues. traits and personalities are starting to form. new characters are popping up, others are jettisoned, and some i don't even know what to do with. hahahah. it's chaos. CHAOS!!! i do have a basic plot though. sort of.
- the story looks like it's going to be a VN with meaningful choices and not just a KN. so far. dunno.

(okay, gonna go to silent mode until it's done.)

[(3/21/14) edit: sorry, gonna be a KN again. the problem i have is that my central character is strong-willed and very certain of the path she walks. i could still have choices, but nothing that would affect the core of her being, which is made of adamant.]

Really liked this one - the presentation and writing both (plus, as a non-native speaker, I actually learned a few words, which is always good!).

I'll tell you now:

that's a horrible cliff-hanger! I was really into it and after the big reveal, I was tempted to roll on the floor in frustration!

I'm starting to form a theory on this, which might be completely wrong but I could only have proven if

Gawen and Sister Louise got to meet the others... or to be more exact, to *not* meet them. I just wonder whether I should not over-think everything, and not concentrate so much on the fact that Gawen was late and is too conveniently so carefree.

I usually don't like 3D in VNs. It isn't a bias, mind, I just think most people make the same mistakes with lighting and posing, which I'd say you avoided more or less completely. The materials are really quite nice and the bodacious protagonist doesn't disturb me like I suspected she might. I think her completely dry personality complements her looks quite well, it creates an interesting dissonance. So, well done on the aesthetic front as well!

I'll eagerly wait for a conclusion to this!

heheheh, i hate it too when i get left hanging like that.
i'll try to add another chapter this month if i can't finish the whole story.
edit: i'm still learning as i go along in working with 3D. i think my later CGs turned out better than my earlier ones. hopefully, i can keep improving.

quick update
- sry, been working on some other projects.
- hope to finish writing the conclusion in may.
- also want to clean up a lot of things as well.
- might do a few short mini-projects to keep me sane.
