The bus stop image sets quite the atmosphere! If I'm getting the right idea I'm really quite interested in this one. Good luck with your project, will certainly give it a try once it's finished (after NaNo!).

I've just finished writing the story ! I'm quite happy with the plot and dialogues. It's simple and hope people will enjoy reading it !

Yes, Emma will be in French ^^
It's very difficult for me to write in english and I make a lot of mistakes. So I didn't really have other choice ! But the story is really short. Around 4000 words. If I'm happy with the result I'll ask help for a traduction.

Oh ! Thanks for that ! I wait to see if my project is good enough to spend time on a traduction. I let you try the french version when i'll release it and then let's see what you think about it

Ok, now a little more informations about the project :

I have some drowing ability, ok level, but not super creasy with a pencil. My main skill is photography (it's my full time job). You can see some of my work here => http://www.vivementlhiver.com

So for my VN I choose to work on a photography base. I'll take pictures of backgrounds and characters (some friends of mine will do the models) and then I'll paint over my photography to have a comic graphic style. The use of photography allow me to have a better control on frames and lights as for me it's easier to do correct work with an eye on my camera than in front of a blank page.

Before the begining of NaNo 14, I've done some practice pictures to have an idea of what I want for Emma. Here some exemple (it's just practice painting, this images won't be in Emma's final version).

Yeah, I don't mind translating at all, since I've done it before. c: I'm always happy to help creators spread their works with a wider audience since languages can be a tricky border. Can't wait to see how this turns out!

Hello every one !

I've been working on the programming part for the last few days. It's not too complicated for the moment ! I've made splash screen, main menu background and add all the text and dialogue. I also add some rainy sound, it's work great !
But I know it was the easy part. Now I need to read some documentations, I want to add some tranlation, slide show, split screen... Things like this. I also have no idea how to custom the main menu and text box... Still have many things to learn

Good luck with your game! I only know like 3 words in French so I won't be able to read it but it still sounds good!

The idea for your art is fantastic and it looks so good! I won't understand a word of it, but I'll probably still download it and enjoy the art for it!

I also think it's awesome that you'll be releasing the game in French. The more languages to better, everything shouldn't have to be in English XD

Habituellement je préfère les VN (à choix donc) mais ton projet semble assez intriguant (et puis en français j'ai pas d'excuses pour la difficulté de lecture haha) donc on va surement se laisser tenter une fois ta KN sortie !
En tout cas j'aime beaucoup le rendu painting des photos, la première image test d'Emma est super !

Hello every one !

I worked a lot on the project this last few days ! I'm sorry to announce you that Emma won't be finish for the end of the month... At the begining of the Nanoreno I already knew that one month wasn't long enough for me to finish my project. But I'm still happy, because I worked a lot and it was a very interessisting month for me ! (and for my defense, I really start from nothing the 1st march and spend almost the 2 firsts weeks to write the story ^^)

Even if I'm late, I've made lot of progress, and hope to finish my project very soon !
