Yes, you're right on point. You're not playing as any of the characters in the game, but you can affect some of the events. One of the possibilities is the character fighting back and disobeying the player's commands, which is an interesting experiment in a VN medium. We're hard at work in building the story at the moment so we haven't fully explored this feature. Hopefully, it will give an interesting effect. Also, now that you mention horror, the game isn't horror as it is "Gothic". It lacks the "horror" elements found in the usual horror games so we're not sure what genre it is exactly. We might consider changing the genre to "supernatural" instead.

Thanks, Rahnos (are you the same LadyRahnos who commented on our tumblr? If so, thanks for supporting our tumblr as well ^^). Fortunately, there will quite a number of piano scenes in the game utilizing some CC classical piano pieces. Hope you look forward to it

I missed commenting on this somehow. I love the realistic art style, it's not often you get to see such detail in a VN. And the mystery surrounding Marquis and his previous lovers really makes me want to find out what's really going on.

This sounds amazing and looks stunning!

That's Marionette, our programmer. I guess he got bored since he didn't have anything to do in the first few days of Nano lol. Thanks for the kind words!

I'm so glad you will be including piano scenes! It gives character to a game, such things. Can't wait to see them!

Also, I have always wanted to have a long side ponytail like Catherine has. My hair is not as long but it's getting there. I love her design!

Rosa's design makes her look like she's a rather shy/timid girl, but I don't see anything like that in her bio. I suppose being very sad also makes you bow your head a little. I hope she'll have some happier scenes too. (Yes, I know it's horror/supernatural. But I can't help but want people to be happy)

Ooh, I must say, the story's intriguing and the art is absolutely gorgeous!
