Partisans: 1st Offensive is a prototype game for series of VNs dealing with lesser known struggles of WW2 Yugoslavia.The game is going to be political drama with touch of romance and elements of strategy. Player will get to explore the life in short lived Uzhice Republic - the first free territory in Nazi-occupied Europe. This game will be free to play.
Team is made of writers and coders Quogu and Rantel with DragoonHP as our code guru (advisor and bugfighter). The rest of the crew is Red Viking and friends (Vili as our character artist and Nenad as our BG artist and me as producer/writer/coder). We also have a new team member, Ljubica. She is native of Užice where VN is taking place, as well as excellent 3D modeller (and additional BG artist for this project). Sharky the local heavy metal band artist is also joining to make us some cool war songs.
Story
It is 1941. Europe is conquered. Nazis are getting ready to attack Russia. Suddenly there is an uprising in the soft underbelly of the war beast, disrupting communications between Germany and Greece. Yugoslavian partisans liberate significant chunk of territory from Nazis. Between 300.000 and 500.000 people are suddenly living free in Uzhice Republic. It was the first liberated territory in WW2 Europe.
Alas their freedom will only last 67 days.

Music: We'll probably just use Partisan and German songs of the time. We actually have heavy metal band member on board, he will arrange some music for the project...
