She's actually a pretty good artist by the time Things Not Seen happens. Maybe that's bc she skipped the entire weaboo animu stage and went straight to the classics.

Artie sees mostly white silhouette unless the ghosts are feeling strong emotions, in which case they start to manifest in more color-y manner. Once again, not a good idea usually.
