Timed Menus (Updated)

I've updated the Timed Menus code to use Screen Language. I have added options for a bar-type timer and a regular timer in order to track the time remaining. (I've made the bar-type default since it's easier to read.)

Note: I've updated it yet again for easier variable-based use. Now the screen only has to be created once.
