'Dark' Editra theme - kinder on the eyes

#1 Post by Tekamutt » Tue Dec 05, 2017 11:27 pm

Not sure if anyone else has already done this, but I like my text editors to have a 'dark' look to them, because after staring at a white screen for hours on end, I get pretty bad eye sore.

Editra has a few nice dark themes built in, but they don't have the same coloring as Ren'Py's, so with a few small tweaks, I made a copy of the Ren'Py theme and applied some darker colours to it.

The result is pretty good. See the attached files if you wanna check it out or use it yourself.

Simply unzip and put the "RenPy-Night.ess" file in your Editra "styles" directory. Then in Editra itself, goto Tools > Style Editor, choose 'Renpy Night' from the drop down list and click 'Save' to apply it.
